The Mayo Clinic EmbodyHealth portal is no longer available to members of the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and their families.
In January 2010, the Board of Pensions implemented a comprehensive approach to integrate its health management programs with the Medical Plan. As a result, ActiveHealth Management is now its vendor partner for health management programs and services. Therefore, the Board has discontinued offering EmbodyHealth to ensure that it does not duplicate resources.
The Board of Pensions invites you to continue to access the many resources available to you:
- Pensions.org – The Board of Pensions Web site includes information about the plans, programs, and services available to you as a member of the Benefits Plan, as well as health-related tips and articles.
- MyActiveHealth.com/pcusa – ActiveHealth Management offers active members this useful Web site where you can launch a Personal Health Record that you can use to confidentially manage your health history, as well as your children’s. This convenient site also includes useful information that answers your health-related questions.
- MayoClinic.org – The Mayo Clinic continues to provide valuable information to you through its public Web site.
